Social media has become one of the most important gateways to any online business, blog, or website. Nearly every person has at least one social media account. Since it is growing so rapidly, we simply have to pay attention when new and exciting tools pop up to be able to make things easier. Viraltag is a good example of a system that will help you post things as fast as the social media world is growing.
For instance: as soon as you post something on Twitter, it will be old news within seconds to the rest of the world. Scheduling out dozens upon dozens of tweets manually to keep up would be incredibly time consuming. Meanwhile, when you are completely focused on your Twitter accounts, your Facebook, Pinterest, and Instagram accounts are being completely neglected.
The idea of saving time and keeping up with every one of my social media accounts peaked my interest since I have manually scheduled everything since I started my blog. Viraltag is supposed to work wonders with Pinterest, Twitter and most of your other accounts, so I gave it a spin to test it out. Immediately, I was impressed with how easy it was to use. The entire website is super intuitive and nearly everyone can learn how to use it like a pro in no time.
If you use Chrome, it is even easier since they offer you an easy to install extension to get things rolling. When using this extension, you are able to hover over any photo in one of your posts and small popup will appear. When clicked on, it will open another window where you can customize and duplicate your post as many times as you want! I will usually duplicate anywhere between 10-20 times for each post and schedule out posts to my Twitter account multiple times a day for the coming weeks, pin it to all of my different boards on Pinterest, schedule Facebook posts, and have my Instagram photos ready to rock and roll with their easy to use app that you can purchase from iTunes or the Google Play Store.I love that I can quickly tweak wording to create unique posts when I am scheduling multiple posts of the same content and see exactly what will be going out.
When you go over to your posting schedule tab, you can quickly see where you have holes for each social media account. If you notice you don’t have anything going out to Facebook on a certain day, click on any links on the page and schedule it to go out on your Facebook account exactly when you need it to.
Otherwise, using the system without the extension is no problem. Another thing I love about this system is the opportunities they give to personalize your content. It might be scheduled, but it is still ours, right? We want it to come across as clean and original and we want information to be helpful. Viraltag allows us to deliver exactly that and write the content when we choose. This has made scheduling for every social media account a breeze. It has been a wonderful way to ensure great content all the time- even when I should be sleeping!
Another nice feature for lack of posts on your accounts: you can save certain posts or tweets as “evergreen content.” This will keep marked posts in a separate file to send out when you haven’t posted anything to a social media account in a while. You can set how often evergreen content may be posted, to which accounts, and total amount of times a certain post can be shared. This has been a lifesaver when I’ve been out of town or too busy to pay attention to my accounts!
Overall, the price was very reasonable and it is compatible with everything I use most. Finally, my followers will be able get content without me having to manually send out each and every post.
