Easy Fat Free Bread Recipe
Winter is coming and that means… ultimate comfort food…..but did I say FAT FREE BREAD….. YES, this is a Fat Free White Bread Recipe. Some days you just want to have something fresh, warm, and delicious with absolutely no effort. Well, this is your ultimate dump and be impressive recipe. If it werenât for the smell, I would have completely forgotten I was making it at all! But if my husband asks, I was slaving over a hot oven for three hours. đ
I love this fat free bread recipe so much. Since I substitute any oil or butter for applesauce, it is made without any additional or added fat (until you put a ton of butter on it once you finish baking)! If you are looking to trim your fat and calories intake or just looking for a healthier start, you will be sharing this recipe with everyone. If you don’t have a bread machine you can still make this… it just needs a little more attentions during the rising process. I do however highly recommend a bread machine, they are hard to find in stores now a days but amazon has a large selection at great prices. Here are a few of my favorite bread machines .

Well, letâs dive in to the fat free bread recipe!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup lukewarm water
- 1/3 cup lukewarm  fat-free milk
- 3 tablespoons apple sauce
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 3 3/4 cups flour
Directions:Â
- Dump all the ingredients into your bread machine, sit back, and smell the magic.
- UmmmâŚ.. thatâs it.
Once your fat free bread is finished baking, let it sit for 5-10 minutes and then remove from the baking pan. you can dig in right away or let it finish cooling. (tip: the fat free bread will cut much prettier once it is cooled completely. Use a very sharp serrated knife for best results.)
