Handmade Orange and Vanilla Stained-Glass Soap

This easy to make Handmade Orange and Vanilla Stained-Glass Soap is amazing quality and perfect for gifts.

Supplies:

1. ½ pound glycerin soap baseHandmade Orange and Vanilla Stained-Glass Soap. I used goats milk, but you can use whatever you like.
2. Soap CubesHandmade Orange and Vanilla Stained-Glass Soap by ArtMinds™, found at Michaels Craft Stores. If you do not have a Michaels near you, these can be purchased
from them online. You can also take store-bought colored soap and cut it into cubes.
3. Add 5-10 drops orange essential oilHandmade Orange and Vanilla Stained-Glass Soap
4. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
5. 1 teaspoon coconut oilHandmade Orange and Vanilla Stained-Glass Soap
6. 1 teaspoon olive oilHandmade Orange and Vanilla Stained-Glass Soap
7. 1 teaspoon sweet almond oilHandmade Orange and Vanilla Stained-Glass Soap
8. 5 drops vanilla soap or candle scentHandmade Orange and Vanilla Stained-Glass Soap (optional)
9. Spray bottle of rubbing alcohol
10. Soap moldHandmade Orange and Vanilla Stained-Glass Soap

Handmade Orange and Vanilla Stained-Glass SoapInstructions:

Step 1: Cut the soap base into squares and place into a microwave safe bowl.
Step 2: Heat at 30 second intervals until melted.
Step 3: Add coconut oil to the bowl.
Step 4: Add olive oil to the bowl.
Step 5: Add sweet almond oil.
Step 6: Add orange essentials oil.
Step 7: Add vanilla extract.
Step 8: Add vanilla soap scent (optional).
Step 9: Spray the bottom of the soap mold with the rubbing alcohol to avoid bubbles.
Step 10: Gently pour soap mixture into mold. Leave about ¼” from soap line to top of mold to allow room for soap cubes.
Step 11: Arrange soap cubes into soap mixture.
Step 12: Spray the top of the soap with the rubbing alcohol.
Allow to harden for at least an hour. Gently pop out and store in an airtight container or ziplock bag until ready to use
