The Holidays are quickly knocking down our door….. I know to me, it seem like it was just Summer. The truth of it is… it will be time for company, meals, gathering, gifts, shopping and travel. Whew…. I am already tired just thinking about it.
This year as my kids are getting older, I am having to face that they may be taking part in making their own plans. My daughter is 18 and just got married and that means I will be sharing the Holidays to some degree. My 16 year old son also has had a girlfriend for the last year and has been invited to go over for Thanksgiving dinner….. over 100 miles away…yikes. I will be pulling up my big girl mommy pants and allow them to start leaving the nest and fly a bit…… but only with a little comfort from my life360 app.

I will be able to get quick notification when he arrives safe a sound, as well as know his estimated ETA when he is traveling back home. Even though my son is very courteous and respectful, I am sure he doesn’t want to have to call his mommy or have me call him several times to find out how things are going and “are you there yet?”

Inevitably while shopping we always want to split up so our gifts stay a surprise for others…. and year after year (even with phones) someone always gets lost or we can’t get ahold of them because it is too loud and they didn’t hear their phone…. but now with this app we can check in, even start heading in their direction without ruining the holiday surprise… or frustrated feelings.
