Last week I had shared with you my story on my best Christmas gift ever and how Walmart has pulled together a list of the best gifts this year to make your little ones squeal!!
I was given the opportunity to pick up the Lalaloopsy Diaper Surprise Baby at my local Walmart on the day of Walmart’s BIG toy event. During that event, they shared with us the hottest toys that have hit the market for this Holiday shopping season like: Zoomer Boomer Dino, Cra-Z-Sand and Matchbox Wrecky They Wrecking Buddy just to name a few.
I was pleasantly surprised that despite the crowd at the event, Walmart had plenty of stock on hand for all the eager shoppers. Prior to my shopping trip I did a little research and compared prices for the Lalapoopsy doll and found Walmart to be the best price even without a sale.
After bringing the Lalaloopsy doll home, my kids immediately wanted to give it a try! Now, I am sure you have seen the commercials for this doll….. you feed her a bottle, push her bellybutton and she magically poops out a charm. So I was initially a little confused about the word “magically”…. well to clear things up, pushing her bellybutton does not release a charm like I had thought, but rather the diaper has a pre-placed charm in each diaper covered with a disposable paper that when gets wet, dissolves revealing the charm. With this in mind, you will need to buy additional diapers to receive more charms.
The doll also comes with a dish, spoon, and 3 extra diapers. The doll is made from a heavy duty durable plastic that is easy to wipe off if anything spills on it. I did like that since this doll is all plastic, it would be great to play with as a bath time toy or in the swimming pool.
Needless to say… this doll has some interesting and unique features that has definitely caught they eye of our kids and social media. It IS on the HOT list for this years toy list and I have a feeling that if this is on your shopping list for that special someone this holiday season, then you might want to shop early before they get harder to locate.
If you are feeling generous this year… Walmart will be having a Fill The Truck event where you can stop by your local store between 11/28-12/14 and donate toys and games for kids in need and make this Holiday season a little brighter for all!

I have seen this doll while shopping and I have to admit, I am not sure I want to introduce my daughter to this idea. Something about a doll that magically “poops” charms is completely unappealing to me but to each their own. Wow … just wow. LOL Regardless, I did enjoy the Chosen By Kids event at Walmart and appreciate the information on the Fill the Truck event!

A doll that “poops” charms very interesting. SMH! With that said…I’m pretty sure the kids are LOVING this doll because of the surprise factor. My girl loves surprises! Thanks for sharing..I didn’t know what the big hoopla was about this toy but now I know!

I so agree, dolls have really changed and can do just about anything now..lol. I love shopping at Walmart, they do have a wide selection of toys!

My girls have been going on and on about this doll for weeks. Charms in the diaper – who thinks of that? It’s funny. I think if there were really charms in my child’s diaper, I’d be more excited to change it- HA!

I gotta tell ya, I wish my kids magically pooped charms. Its a heck of a lot better than what I find in their diapers. We have this doll to and I hope my tot doesn’t start digging in her baby sisters diaper looking for charms lol.
