Check out these super fun cupcakes I got to try from Betty Crocker, not only do they look like little watermelons but they actually taste like watermelon…… the cake and the frosting!!!! These are so fun and unique that they will surly be a hit at any Spring or Summer activity that you will have. Just think of all the rave and compliments you will get at your next birthday party, BBQ, or family get together.
Betty Crocker Watermelon Cupcakes are just as easy as all Betty Crocker cake mixes…. all you need is water, oil and eggs, the “seeds” are already mixed into the dry pouch. The whole process took about 5 min to make the batter, 15 min to bake and an additional 15 min to cool and frost.
If you are looking for an EASY success, then this is for you. As you can see, these truly came out just as they are pictured on the box!!!!
