I was so excited to represent Graco in the Babies R Us event to help introduce the new Graco Click Connect 40. I had a wonderful time hosting 2 events last Saturday. It was fun getting to be the first to share the new features that only the Graco Click Connect 40 has to offer.It is the only infant carseat available right now to hold a child up to 40 pounds in a rear facing car seat, it is now recommended by American Academy of Pediatrics that all children 2 and under are rear facing. Before the Graco Click Connect 40 most children ran out of leg room or outweighed the weight standards of the car seat.
The unique features the Click Connect 40 has is the sliding base that moves out as your child grows and allows room for you childs growing legs, it also has a very handy pop up foot base for when your child gets older and has muddy or dirty shoes so the back of your car seat will stay clean and protected. One of my favorite features is the sliding harness, when my other kids were younger you always had to rethread the harness as your child grew but not anymore with the Graco Click Connect 40, all you need to do is pinched the back buttons and slide up and down to accommodate the height of your child.
Hosting this event was a lot of fun, I enjoyed getting to talk to people 1 on 1, especially sharing with first time parents about the safety of a car seat, we laughed, we talked, we enjoyed some great tips and the best thing of all… I got to give away 2 carseats to two lucky winners.
