Mmmmmm….. Look what I am getting to snack on while I write this, chocolate fudge brownie and hot peppermint tea. This is the good life, before Nutrisystem I never had a nightly treats to look forward to, now I get it every night… with no guilt đ
Well, another week is behind me and I am still feeling good about my journey to weight loss. Around New Years we did have a few family gatherings that did involve some pretty tasty food. Although I didn’t have complete control to stay away from every delectable treat, I do feel good about how I was able to handle myself. I was able to feel satisfied with just a taste vs. a mounding plate full.
My total weight loss for the week was only 1.5 pounds, yet I still am cheering. Typically during a Holiday season most people could expect to add a few pounds, so I am thrilled to finish out the Holidays a total of 6.5 pounds lighter!Nutrisystem has really helped me curb those mindless snacking habits and by having balanced satisfying meals that has me eating throughout the day.
I am so excited and motivated to have this really take off…… the kids are back to school, the Holidays are past us and Valentines is still weeks away đ I see shopping for a new dress very near in my futur!!!
