I’m not sure who is more excited about Back To School shopping…… me or my 15 year old daughter. I look forward to this little Mother Daughter bonding outing all summer long. Finding the latest fashion trends, trying on clothes, going out to lunch…. it all takes me right back to back to school shopping with my mother. Florals: big, small, pastel or bold. floral is a top hit this year

Jackets/blazers: Find a jacket that can flow and intertwine with all of your other pieces to give them a fresh new look

Boots: chunky bold anklet books are a must for jeans, dresses, and skirts

Dresses: This year looks to be embracing ultra feminine, strappy and flowy

Bold animal print: These are a fun statement piece without being over the top

silky tops: Pair these with a skirt, jeans or slacks

Shopping At Kohl’s For Back To School

My daughter and I started our outing at Kohl’s. They have a HUGE selection of juniors clothing to match your own personal taste and style, like MUDD, SO, and Candies. We certainly gravitated to the Candie’s brand they were right on point with the latest trends. Candie’s signature designs are flowing chevrons, florals, lace, ruffles and embellishments. We both loved their stylish denim and trendy tops to everyday pieces that are fun with a modern sense of sophistication and femininity.

I think this was my daughters favorite outfit. The Candie’s dress is perfect for the first few weeks of school! Later on, pair it with tights or leggings and chunky boots.

The jacket adds a perfect touch for fall/winter fashion.

This outfit goes for ultra comfort without throwing on sweats. This jumpsuit (also by Candie’s) is loose, comfy and stretchy. She loves the loose sweater that can go with every fashion.

We loved this Candie’s jumpsuit, paired again with the blazer jacket. This outfit is casual enough for everyday wear but

can be dressed up for special events or occasions.
