Some of you know that I have a big vacation coming up and I am trying to get fit and trim to look all cute. I have been exercising, eating right but I really needed some help with adding protein to my diet as well as eat breakfast in the morning. I thought I had the answer……. protein powder, that will be the answer to all my problems! I read the directions, mixed it with water….. and began to chug (NOT). The moment my tongue hit that nasty watered down baby food garbage, it came out faster than it went in.

Hi Jenn,
There are several that are Gluten free…. the will say on the upper right side of the package. I know the chocolate coconut one was gluten free and tasted great.
