I am so excited to tell you that I have had an awesome week this week with my Nutrisystem journey!!!!
In this last week I have lost 6.5lbs which brings my total weight loss now to 19.5lbs!!!!!! WOOHOO, not only is that amazing but that now puts me below my pre pregnancy weight of my last baby, now that’s a milestone I am so happy to reach!
I can’t even begin to tell you how much this has lifted my spirits. We are going on vacation in a about a month and now I have visions of shorts and swimsuits dancing in my head. I can not wait to go shopping for vacation clothes. Shopping for clothes is something that I have always dreaded over the last few years. I was never really overweight ….. just a little pudgy. Sometimes being just a little overweight is harder to find clothes that look right, if you ask me. I feel like you are just floating in that in-between twilight zone size.
I am so happy, I am feeling more self confident and ready to show off my body 🙂
