Oh my how busy my life is right now. If it weren’t for NutrisystemI would be destin to drive thru’s and left over fruity snacks.
I have now lost a total of 14lbs with nutrisystem. I went through a minor slump just trying to find the rhythm adjusting to my new work schedule and with the kids’ new spring activity schedules. I knew I needed to find a new way because I had as much scheduled in one day that some have in a whole week. I now have gotten used to working nights….. Well sort of, after the third night it starts to get to me. You can only live on 2 hours of sleep for so many days without it affecting you. The one change that I have made is my best friend now comes over in the morning and we do the XBOX Dance central for about 45 minutes and that really helps kick start my day and my motivation going for the rest of the day.

Some days a miracle happens and the kids are taking a quiet nap and I can really look forward to a quiet hot lunch and cup of coffee and other days I am racing against the clock and the bars are just what I need.
