I have 7 kids and they are always hungry…when the wake up, during school, after school and even before bed after they have eaten a huge dinner.  I am not a huge fan of other so called nutrition bars that are filled with artificial flavor color and tons of sugar…. I might as well be giving them a candy bar.

KIND bars are full of flavor and nutrition. They are made with 100% whole grains, all natural NON GMO ingredients and free from artificial flavors and colors. Another great thing is the are all gluten FREE.

KIND has so many flavors and varieties that I can even list them all – visit KINDs website to look for yourself and if you are interested in having them delivered straight to your door check out KIND Bars on Amazon.

My kids have enjoyed eating these and I enjoy that they are eating something so healthy and something for them that is hearty enough that keeps them satisfied for several hours and at a cost of about $1 each bar… I find that to be a huge value. These are perfect to pack around for lunch, before sports or even an afternoon snack. Look for them at a store near you.

Disclosure: I received a variety of bars to try and give my honest opinion.
